IMPORTANT NOTICE

Unfortunately, due to an ongoing thumb injury, the clinic is temporarily closed for appointments. As some of you know, I have tried to continue working with a reduced diary; however, it has become clear that taking a proper break is necessary to allow the injury to heal and reduce the risk of it becoming a longer-term issue.

I very much appreciate that this may be frustrating and disruptive for you, and I sincerely apologise for any interruption to your care. This has been a very difficult decision, but unfortunately one that I feel is necessary.

Although the clinic will be closed for appointments, I will still be available by phone or email if you need any advice or guidance during this time. If you need treatment in the meantime, I would be happy to recommend chiropractor Caroline Elphick at Evolv Health in Pelhams, or sports rehabilitator Cally Blake at Developing Function in Vectis on Castle Lane, who is excellent for rehabilitation.

I will keep you updated as I know more and let you know as soon as I am able to start taking bookings again. I will also post updates on the clinic’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

To avoid returning too soon and potentially having to rearrange further appointments, I feel it is best to be realistic about my recovery time. At present, I anticipate around six weeks, with the aim of returning in the first week of December. I am more than happy to speak with you individually by phone or email, or to arrange appointments for when I return.

Once again, my sincere apologies for the disruption. Thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support and I look forward to welcoming you back to the clinic as soon as possible.

Hello! I graduated from Loughborough University in 2001 with a degree in Physical Education and Sports Science. Following this, I spent some years in emergency care, attending 999 calls for South Western Ambulance Service before a sabbatical travelling and deciding to retrain as a Chiropractor.

In 2011, I graduated with a Masters in Chiropractic from the Anglo European Chiropractic College and worked in various private clinics across the south coast, before moving into higher education and a role teaching on the chiropractic degree programmes at HSU. In 2022 after fours years full time, I moved to part time hours to spend more time with my young family and work towards setting up Pine Vale Chiropractic!

I am a member of the British Chiropractic Association, registered with the General Chiropractic Council and hold full professional medical indemnity and public liability insurance.

Outside of work I enjoy the outdoor lifestyle and keeping active. I particularly enjoy tennis, having played to county standard and coached in my younger years. I also enjoy the beach, surfing, campervanning and, though rare nowadays, skiing. I love travelling, BBQs, family time with the kids, but also really appreciate quiet time with a good coffee!

Please check out the website for more information and if you have any questions, please get in touch and I will be happy to help :-)
